PEACH DUMPLINGS 
5 potatoes
lots of flour
1 egg
3 whole peaches
butter
brown sugar

Boil potatoes, then peel. Mash potatoes, add flour and 1 egg. Knead, adding flour until you have the consistency of uncooked pie crust. Flatten dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Wrap a piece of dough around each peach making a ball with 1/4 inch thick coating of dough over each peach. Boil for 10 minutes. serve with topping of brown sugar dissolved in butter.
