FAST PEACH DUMPLINGS 
2 cans peaches in water or own juice
2 tbsp. sugar free brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. pie crust

Mix all ingredients together in a metal baking pan. Cut the pie rust in strips and push half down under mixture; cover completely. Place the rest on top of the pie; add butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
