PARMESAN POTATO STICKS 
2 lbs. lg. potatoes (2-3)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Scrub potatoes. Do not peel. Cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into 3 or 4 strips. Roll in melted butter. Combine remaining ingredients and put in a plastic bag. Shake potato strips in the mixture. Place potato strips on cookie sheet. Drizzle the remaining melted butter on the potato sticks. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
