BULGARIAN BEETS WITH YOGURT | |
3/4 c. plain yogurt 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. chopped dill Salt, pepper & cayenne pepper to taste 2 (8 oz.) cans julienned beets Combine all ingredients except beets. Blend well and chill. Drain beets and chill in separate container. To serve, spoon yogurt mixture over beets. 4 servings. |
