HOT DOG SAUCE 
3 lg. cans tomato juice
1 lg. can (gal.) tomato paste or puree
1 gal. can Hunts catsup
5 tbsp. salt or to taste
Pepper to taste
3 to 4 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 to 1 full bottle hot sauce (to your taste)
1/2 of lg. box chili powder
2 lg. jars or 3 lbs. diced onion
10 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. minced garlic or to taste (optional)

Brown onion and ground beef together and drain. Add all of above in a very large pan. Simmer, cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until desired thickness. Can in pint jars (or in containers, store in freezer.) Yields: 24 pints.
