HOT DOG SAUCE 
3 lbs. ground beef
4 chopped onions (2 c. dry)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
3 sm. cans tomato paste
6 cans water (use cans from paste)
1 tbsp. sugar may need more for taste
1 lg. can tomato juice
Dash of crushed red pepper

Brown beef and onion, drain off grease. Add other ingredients. Use a large pot. Makes 1 gallon and simmer for 6 hours.
