AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. American cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 lg. potatoes, peeled, cut up, cooked

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and stir in flour and salt. Add milk, cook until mixture thickens, constantly stirring. Stir in cheeses and potatoes. Pour into large casserole dish. Cover and bake. Sprinkle with paprika.
