LEMON ROSEMARY CHICKEN W/
PARMESAN CHEESE

I love to cook! Found these items and had fun. It was my first time cooking this. My family of five, and guests, said I should upload this to Cooks.com. So here you go - Hope you like it!

2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. Kosher sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
2 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 whole lemon (sliced) - keep ends
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven 350°F.

In large bowl add chicken, sea salt, black pepper, garlic power, fresh garlic, and rosemary. Use the lemon ends to drench the chicken with spices, then mix well. Add the mayonnaise and mix again.

In non-stick backing dish place the chicken breasts horizontally across the pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast. Then put 1 or 2 slices of lemon on each chicken breast, covering the chicken.

Place foil over dish tightly and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Take the foil off and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more until done.

Note: Chicken must be 165°F on meat thermometer.
