CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. self-rising flour 3 lg. grated carrots 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs 1 c. chopped nuts Mix all ingredients together, except eggs. Add eggs, one at a time, and stir after each. Put in 9x13 inch pan and cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. ICING: 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. soft butter Mix together all ingredients with an electric beater until creamy. Spread on cake. |
