MAMA'S CARROT CAKE

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil

1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/3 c. flour (self rising)

Mix well.

2 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. raisins

Stir just until moistened. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
