ORANGE BAKED PORK CHOPS 
A very tender entrée

4 thickly sliced boneless pork loin chops
1/2 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
salt and pepper, to taste
fig preserves (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Pour 1/2 can frozen orange juice concentrate in the dish and place chops in a single layer. Add a little water only if needed. Salt and pepper, to taste.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes to an hour or until brown.

Serve with a thin coat of fig preserves, if desired.

Serves 4 to 6.
