PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
CAKE BATTER:

2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Stir all ingredients together in one bowl (don't use mixer). Do not grease pan. Bake in cookie sheet with sides for approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. pecans
