PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
ICING:

8 oz. soft light cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

CAKE:

2 eggs (or 4 whites)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with the juice

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean in center.
