SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 white sheet cake

Mix and set overnight in refrigerator: 2 c. sugar 2 sm. sour cream

Trim layers and split layers with string. Layer cake, coconut mixture, cake, ending with coconut mixture on top. Place in freezer 1/2 day or more before serving. Keeps well in airtight container in freezer.
