PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (No. 2) can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
1/2 c. oil

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 1/3 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour in an ungreased 10 1/2 x 15 sheet pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. While still warm spread on frosting.

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add vanilla and spread on warm cake.
