ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves

Mix all ingredients together and pour into bread loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
