PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
Mix:

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil

Mix and add:

1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Add:

1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 to 1 c. maraschino cherries, halved
2 c. unpeeled shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts

Pour into 3 greased bread pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until tests done. Cool and remove from pans. Flavor is best if stored, wrapped, in refrigerator overnight before slicing.
