CARAMEL ROLLS | |
2 loaves frozen bread 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Thaw bread but do not let rise. Oil or butter 9x13 pan. Cut one loaf into pieces and drop randomly into pan. Melt butter and add rest of ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour over bread pieces. Cut second loaf into pieces; put in pan to fill empty spaces. Raise 2-3 hours. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool 10 minutes, turn upside down on wax paper. When you make these for breakfast, allow the frozen bread to thaw slightly the evening before so that pieces may be cut. Make the recipe. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake the next morning. |
