WONDERFUL WILD RICE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 can beef consomme, undiluted 1 can onion soup 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 (6 oz.) box long grain & wild rice Put butter and soup in 350 degree oven until butter is melted. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms and rice, with or without season package depending how salty you want it. Stir to mix and return to oven for 1 hour, uncovered. |
