AMISH FRIENDSHIP BREAD 
NOTE: Do not use metal spoon, do not refrigerate.

DAY 1: Do nothing on the day you receive mixture. DAY 2, 3, 4: Stir with wooden spoon, put into larger bowl. DAY 5: Add 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup milk. DAY 6, 7, 8, 9: Stir with wooden spoon. DAY 10: Add 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup milk.

Then, pour 1 cup of mixture into 3 small containers and give to 3 friends, 1/3 cup each.

To the remaining batch, add:

2/3 c. oil
2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 sm. box instant vanilla or banana pudding
1 c. nuts (any kind)
Raisins (optional)

Mix well and pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
