CHILI CON QUESO DIP 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. can chopped jalapenos
1 med. white onion, chopped
4 oz. hot taco sauce
4 oz. chopped pimento
1 bag taco chips

Mix all ingredients together and heat. Serve hot in a chafing dish with taco chips. May be stored in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Hot sauce can be changed to a milder type or super hot!
