BAKED POTATO CHIPS 
4 medium unpeeled baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 tbsp. finely minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Use 2 baking sheets with sides (single thickness, not air-cushioned sheets). Divide butter between baking sheets. Melt in preheated oven. Toss with onion, salt, pepper and potatoes, turning to coat.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
