CHICKEN AND CHIP BAKE 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks (drained)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

1. Combine chicken, celery, pineapple, mayonnaise, almonds, lemon juice, onion and salt. Put into 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.

2. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
