NON-FAT BAKED TORTILLA CHIPS 
6-8 corn tortillas (6" diameter)
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut tortillas into sixths (resembling "chips). Mix water with salt and spices in medium bowl. A few at a time, place tortilla chips into water mixture and let sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove and place on baking sheet coated with small amount of oil, trying not to overlap chips. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake. Makes 36-48 chips. Serve with salsa and vegetables.

I just made these for the 1st time. They came out very light and crispy. I added a little lime juice to the water and sprinkled the tops with a hint of chili powder. They were delicious. Thanks for the recipe. They were amazing with our guacamole.
