F.D.I.C. CAKE 
1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. size pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Remove from pan. When completely cool, ice with Cream Cheese Icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tsp. milk

Soften cream cheese and butter. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Ice completely cooled cake.
