1 pkg. fudge marble cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Pour into 13 x 9 greased and floured pan. Mix cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour cheese mixture on top of cake batter.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. When cake is cool frost with pudding frosting.

PUDDING FROSTING:

1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix instant pudding and milk until smooth, fold in Cool Whip and frost cooled cake.
