EGG CUSTARD PIES 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. flour
2 pie shells, unbaked

Beat eggs; add sugar and mix thoroughly. Add milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and flour; blend well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is set. 8 servings each pie.
