ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 box fudge marble cake
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake as directed; place on greased 9 x 13 inch pan. In separate bowl, mix cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Spoon over raw cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool and frost.

ICING:

1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Add Cool Whip and ice cake. Refrigerate overnight.
