ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 lb. ricotta
1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 c. milk
8 oz. carton Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as directed; pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Spread cheese mixture on top of cake batter. Bake 1 hour. When cool, frost (right in pan). Enjoy - Love & Cake!

I used 2 pkgs of pudding and increased milk by half cup and it was much better.
