CARROT - ZUCCHINI CREAM CHEESE
BARS
 
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. grated carrots
2/3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking powder

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat together brown sugar, butter, and cream cheese until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour, baking powder, and salt until blended. Stir in carrot, zucchini, and raisins. Spread into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

When cool, beat together icing ingredients until smooth. Spread frosting over top and cut into bars.
