KRAUT SALAD OR SLAW 
2 cans kraut (drained)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 oz. jar pimento, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar

Heat sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over kraut mixture. Refrigerate.
