KRAUT SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) can shredded kraut
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Drain thoroughly can of shredded kraut. Add celery, bell pepper, and onion. Mix sugar and cider vinegar and pour over the above. Stir and let set overnight in refrigerator in a covered container.
