HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton French onion dip
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
