BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. sirloin,
Cut into 1/4 inch strips
Combine and drench meat.
2 tbsp. butter
Thinly sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 can consomme
1 c. sour cream

Combine salt, flour and drench meat. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in pan and brown meat. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Remove all from pan. Add 2 tablespoons butter to pan and blend 3 tablespoons flour, add tomato paste and pour in consomme. Stir till thick. Return meat and mushrooms to sauce and stir in sour cream and heat briefly. Serve over noodles.
