MEAT WITH RICE 
MIXTURE A:

1/2 lb. meat (or chicken or fish)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lemon, juice extracted
1/2 ginger root
1 1/2 cloves garlic, peeled
Water to cook meat

Cut meat and put into cooking pan. Add rest of the ingredients and cook until well done. Set aside.

MIXTURE B:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 potato
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 stick cinnamon
4 cardamom seeds

Heat the oil in Mixture B. Peel potato and fry until it is cooked. Set aside. Fry all cooked meat to heat up; set aside. Reduce the oil in pan to 2 tablespoons; add onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Add spices.

MIXTURE C:

2 c. rice, cooked
Salt to taste
2 tsp. raisins
Boiling water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients and put into oven-proof dish with meat. Bake 7 minutes. Serve hot with salad. This recipe will yield 2 servings.
