CHOCOLATE ICE WATER CAKE 
2/3 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 sq. Baker's chocolate (unsweetened)
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. ice water
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add 2 eggs and beat after each. Add vanilla and melted chocolate. Add flour and ice water, alternately. Beat in baking soda and salt. Pour into 9 x 12 inch greased and floured pan. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, top with whipped cream.
