POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 French vanilla (or plain vanilla) pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cream sherry/rum or anything else
1/2 c. WESSON oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. poppy seeds (1 container)

Mix all ingredients together for 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees.

Bundt pan - 1 hour.

2 bread pans - 40 minutes.

This freezes well.
