OLD FASHIONED PIE CRUST 
4-4 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 3/4 c. shortening

Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Combine egg and water together. Cut shortening into flour; sprinkle with egg mixture. Mix well together. Chill 30 minutes. This can be kept in refrigerator up to 1 week.
