BAKED MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)
1 egg
1/2 c. applesauce
2 sm. cans tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce together. Form into 1" balls. Place into a 12"x9" baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 40 meatballs. This recipe freezes well.
