ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley
1 sprinkle black pepper
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
4 slices old bread
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water

Place ingredients in large bowl. The slices of bread should be broken into small pieces. Mix ingredients together. Form into balls. Fry in oil. Then cook meatballs in tomato sauce for 1 1/2 hours at low heat.
