OVEN OMELET 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chives

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in oven. In large bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt. Stir in chives. Pour into prepared pan and bake until eggs are set but still moist (about 35 minutes). Cut into 8 to 12 servings.
