OVEN OMELET 
8 slices bread
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Line pan with bread. Place a layer of Mozzarella and a layer of Cheddar cheese and bacon. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes.
