10 slices bacon, crisp and broken
6 slices cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped onion and green pepper, if desired

Arrange cheese slices to cover bottom of 9-inch buttered pie pan. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in bacon, onion and green pepper. Pour mixture over cheese. Bake about 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve with muffins or toast.
