OKRA FINGERS 
20 sm. fresh okra pods
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Soak okra pods in buttermilk. Mix dry ingredients and remove okra from buttermilk and roll in dry ingredients. Fry in hot oil.
