CHEESE PUFFS | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese 1 stick butter 2 egg whites (beat stiff) Put cheese and butter in double boiler over low heat to melt. Beat egg whites and fold into cheese and butter mix. Cut unsliced bread into 1 inch cubes. Dip in mixture and put on ungreased cookie sheet until dry. Cook in 400 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes. Note: Can freeze on cookie sheet and then put in freezer bags. |
