GOAT CHEESE IN PUFF PASTRY | |
Use a goat cheese with or without herbs. Brush to the edges with egg wash. Wrap cheese and seal the edges. Brush the tops with egg wash. Freeze until time to cook. Preheat the oven to 370 or 400 degrees. Transfer pastry wrapped cheese to a baking tray and bake until the pastry is golden brown. Cut and arrange on a tray with roasted red peppers that have been marinating in olive oil, garlic, basil, salt and vinegar. |
