PASTRY CHEESE PUFFS 
1/2 c. low-sodium, low-fat cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. low-sodium corn oil butter
5 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
12 unsalted walnut halves

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend cheese with butter. Mix in flour and paprika. Wrap 1 to 2 teaspoons dough around each walnut half. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet 15 minutes. May be frozen. Yield: 12 puffs.
