SAUSAGE CHEESE PUFF 
1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. flour

Brown sausage; drain, crumble and cool. Add cheese, Bisquick and water until blended with fork. Mixture should be sticky but not too moist.

Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes approximately 120 puffs.
