CHEESE/SAUSAGE APPETIZERS 
1 lb. hot Italian sausage

(Remove sausage from casing, cook into small chunks, drain and cool.)

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
3/4 c. water
3 c. Bisquick

Mix Bisquick and cheese together, add cooled sausage and add water. Roll into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
