1 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick

Brown sausage in pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, Bisquick and cheese together. Add sausage. Pour into 9" Pyrex pie plate and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
